It’s the latest step toward Yarbro’s ultimate goal: making skin-care education and information easy to obtain since it didn’t feel that way for him growing up on a ranch in Arizona. “Accessibility in skin care has always been at the forefront of what I think is important, so when developing this brand I wanted the focus to be on the inclusion of positive, beneficial ingredients with amazing textures, but also for the products not to feel intimidating, expensive, or hard to use.”
There are five products in the line, ranging from $20–$30. A portion of each sale goes to either provide clean drinking water through the Thirst Project, or fight climate change via the Rainforest Trust. Yarbro hopes that prioritizing the support of social justice issues will motivate others to do the same, saying, “I wanted the brand to inspire people every single day to take actions to help make the world a better place and just so happen to have great skin while doing so.”
